The construction begins with the same material inversion as its collection counterpart: the denim is used reverse side out, its face replaced by the fabric's interior — a matte, dusty grey that softens the twill weave's characteristic directionality and gives the cloth a mineral quality impossible to achieve through conventional finishing. The silhouette is wide and palazzo in proportion, falling from a high waist in two broad planes of fabric that reach full length, the leg generous enough to move as a single surface with each step.
At the waist, a dark navy braided cord coulisse is threaded through and emerges at the centre front, its ends finished with hand-tied knots and frayed denim tassels — the same closure gesture as the reverse denim jeans in the collection, here scaled to a fuller silhouette.
The defining detail runs the entire length of both legs: laser-cut perforation clusters — small groups of circular holes arranged in cross and floral formations — are distributed at regular intervals along the outer panel of each leg, descending from just below the hip all the way to the hem in a continuous vertical column. The pattern is symmetrical left to right, the clusters evenly spaced, the precision of the laser burn creating a tonal play between the grey face of the reverse denim and the slightly lighter interior visible through each hole. As the leg moves, light passes through the perforations differently at each angle — the garment alive to its own geometry.
